The Getrag gearbox is an extremely smooth and strong gearbox. The Getrag was used by Jaguar from the late XJ6 Series 3 and future models. The gearboxes are very strong and reliable. We have fitted many of these gearboxes to XJS & XJ6 Models with great success. Tests conducted from 0 – 100 KPH on the XJS conversion proved an increase in power of approximately 30% compared to automatic form.
The Getrag 5 speed conversion can be carried out by our workshop or be supplied in kit form.
5 SPEED T5 GEARBOX CONVERSIONS – MK2-E
TYPE
The difficulty has always been to find a 5 speed gearbox that fits nicely into MK2’s and E Types without making huge modifications. We have available T% Conversion kits available for MK2’s and E Types with no body modifications required.
The kit consists of larger pistons and liners, modification to the cylinder block, piston rings and special had gaskets. 6 litre engines with the appropriate inlet manifold and cylinder head modifications will produce 512BHP @ 7400RPM with 446lbft @ 5430RPM.
The Wolf 3D is a true engine management system, the fuel and ignition maps are programmable. It allows tuning for performance and economy. The systems are available to suit XJS, XJ6 and XJ40 models.
This kit consists of modifying the inlet manifolds internally and to accept larger throttle bodies and modified air filter housings which increases air flow. To be used in conjunction with the Wolf 3D the results are outstanding, up to 50% increase from standard ion torque and kilowatts at the rear wheels.
This consists of modifying the inlet manifold and air filter housing. Again to be used in conjunction with the Wolf 3D, results are very pleasing.
The extractors are sandbent and tuned length. They are made to fit into the engine compartment without modifications and most importantly they work. To achieve out of your engine modifications these extractors are a must.
Increase performance.
We carry a large range of aluminium flywheels to suit all models. Up to 1/3 of the weight of a standard Jaguar flywheel.

VENTELATED REAR DISC
ROTOR KITS
Available for all independent rear suspension vehicles. The kit converts the solid rotors to a ventilated rotor which improves braking and prolongs the life of the output shaft seals. The kit consists of rotors, callipers, spacers, mounting bolts and handbrake retractor forks. Kits are also available with cross drilled and slotted rotors.
These rotors are a lot larger than standard and have directional veins. A huge improvement to braking. 16” Wheels must be used with these rotors.
These are 4 spot callipers designed to suit E Type and MK2 models. They are a bolt on conversion and are ideal for those looking to improve braking on earlier models.
These wheels are available in various sizes and can be made to order. They are made of the highest quality materials. They are extremely strong and very light approx 6.5kgs. Available in spline or bolt on configurations.
Improve cooling efficiency, much lighter than standard cored radiators, available for all models.
Available for all models in twin fan or single fan units, can be used with original radiator or in conjunction with an aluminium radiator.

Made from special materials these laminate head gaskets are available for all XK engines.
Various performance air cleaners are available to suit all models. Improvements in horsepower can be gained from just changing your air filter.
Available for 4.2 and V12 vehicle applications. Made from high quality wire, new plugs and terminals and fibreglass sleeving.
Avoid costly fines for not showing a front number plate. These brackets are designed to fit snugly and not foul when the bonnet is opened. Very simple to fit with no modifications required.
ALUMINIUM COOLING
SYSTEM RECOVERY TANKS.
This kit is available for 6 cylinder E Types, fits neatly in the engine bay and is simple to fit.
Direct replacement of the original tank.
This conversion replaces the dreaded rope seal and allows a neoprene rubber seal to be used. Modifications are required to the crankshaft to allow housing to fit.
Allows removal of bonnet hinges and converts to gas strut.
Do away with the old canister style oil filters, this kit allows you to use a spin on oil filter and make oil changes a lot less messy.
These superb stainless steel oil line kits replace the vulnerable steel oil feed pipes that are prone to oil leaks. The braided lines allow more flexibility and reduces the chance of oil leaks.
Increase performance. Various length ram tubes are available to suit 2” SU carburettors and Webber side draft carburettors.
Made front lightweight polycarbonate material these covers are extremely strong and much less expensive that the original glass covers.
